Delivery of furniture
We perform free delivery of furniture on your address in a convenient, in advance agreed time.
Our employees, free of charge, will lift the furniture into your apartment, regardless the floor you live on and the availability of an elevator. Then you can verify the completeness and ensure that the goods are excellent condition. You pay for the furniture on delivery.
Free delivery is valid within the city of Chisinau and the following suburbs:
- Ialoveni
- Aeroport
- Togatino
- Cricova
- Ciorescu
- Stauceni
- Gratiesti
- Ghidighici
- Truseni
- Vatra
- Dumbrava
The delivery countrywide is charged and is performed at the rate of 9 lei per km (total mileage is taken into account - to the place of delivery and back).
The free delivery does not include:
1 Freeing the space for arranging the purchased furniture. The client should in advance prepare the space.
2 Moving furniture from one apartment to another, from one floor to another.
3 Transportation of old furniture to the villa or in the countryside.
The rules for receiving the goods:
1 The driver delivering the furniture should count together with you the number of packages the goods consist of. The personnel that bring the furniture into your apartment should show you how to unfold and fold the cushioned furniture.
2 When unpacking the furniture units visually inspect them, check the integrity of the upholstery and frame. Sign for the receipt of the goods, confirming the integrity of the products in the warranty card, in the section “Information about the buyer”.
3 The warranty card is kept by you. Be sure to keep it within 12 months, as the furniture is accepted for warranty repair only when it is available.
4 The warranty lifetime of the furniture is of one year from the date it was sold.
5 The warranty service of the furniture is performed in accordance with the requirements and terms defined by the Law of the Republic of Moldova On Protection of Consumer’s Rights”.
